COQ SAPPORO opened in Sapporo, Hokkaido in 2017 as a hotel where guests can experience nature-infused living through textiles, food, and space.
Limited to one group per day, the hotel offers a special lodging experience in a space created by beautiful textiles inspired by nature. The restaurant offers the best of culinary delights, where Hokkaido's quality ingredients, scenery, and the chef's curiosity resonate. It also has a select store featuring textile brands directed by Kanako Kajihara.
