COQ hibi vol.1

PROJECT DETAIL
- Connecting, continuing, breathing -

As a circular creation of textile designer Kanako Kajihara, COQ hibi combines leftover fabrics found in textile factories to create patchwork garments. We are developing shirts in limited quantities by combining limited fabrics.

Discarded materials can become something enjoyable and usable if we change our common sense.

Just as living things adapt to nature, the cycle of manufacturing also transforms in response to the environment.

We present a collection of upcycled shirts to reduce waste loss, which is an issue in the textile industry. We are working to build a manufacturing system that utilizes leftover fabric and yarn.
